These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Duni & Friends mobile application ("the App"), provided by Duni & Friends ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Subscriptions may only be purchased by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. The App is intended for children's use under adult supervision.
2. Subscription plans & pricing
- Monthly: US $7.99 per month.
- Yearly: US $39.99 per year.
- Lifetime: One-time payment of US $69.99 for unlimited lifetime access.
Prices in other currencies are set by Apple App Store and Google Play and may vary.
3. Auto-renewal disclosure (Apple required)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Duni & Friends → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Duni & Friends → Cancel.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund policy
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. To request a refund:
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: Google Play order history.
EU residents may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable, except where digital content has begun delivery with consent.
6. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial family use. See the EULA for full terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the App — characters (including "Duni"), artwork, audio, code, and brand assets — is owned by Duni & Friends and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App, attempt to bypass the parental gate, use the App for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with its operation.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
